Advice on a situation with a girl?

So to make a long story short, before summer started I liked this gurl who is really shy and not so talkative, usually when I do talk to her, there's not a lot of eye contact from her towards me. So anyway I told her that I was interested in her and that I wanted to get to know her, she said I could talk to her and get to know her better but it probably won't go anywhere. A few days after I got her phone number and I texted her a few times, and sometimes I rarely get NO reply. So now its summer I texted her twice and we chatted for a while, the second we talked for a while and she said ttyl because she was watching a movie, after that I sent " :(...bye" and that was it, now tonight I texted her "hey, how's it going" and its almost been an hour with no.reply, did i go wrong, do I have a chance. And she also told my friend that she doesn't want a boyfriend until high school is over, but Idk what to think of that. Is there anyway I could have a chance, and why hasn't she texted back.
