Were there such things as rainbows before the great flood?

Or were optical and meteorological phenomenon that cause a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the sun shines on droplets of moisture in the earth's atmosphere taking the form of a multicoloured arc somehow miraculously NOT possible prior to "the flood"?
