Does God ever miraculously cure atheists?

The irony is, the same people praying for a particular result also believe that god has a plan and everything is pre-designed. So, what could praying possibly do? Nothing. God has made up his mind, technically. And to believe he has answered your prayers would be to believe God has treated everyone a particular way and made you an exception. Which in my mind, is arrogance. If it is pre-destined, it was going to happen anyway, why try change that? Fortunately there are those who don't hold a creator in such esteem, and choose to take the initiative. Those few save lives on a daily basis, because they wish to, without prejudice. God picks and chooses at random, how can you trust that? With the world's population expanding exponentially why is it that there are less miracle healing, less miracles and as science advances there are more explanations. Why are there less demons and exorcisms and more accurate medical diagnosis of suffering people. Not one of gods books explains or helps my bipolarism, science does though. So naturally I trust science more.
