Blocked nose & Sore throat remedies?

I've got a sore throat and a blocked nose, which miraculously came last night all at once. I'm going on holiday tomorrow, so it's urgent that i get a Remedy quick. I've taken paracetamol, nasal spray, i've gargled salt water and drunk lemon and sugar tea, but nothing seems to work.. Any suggestions?
