Does Murad Acne Complex work well?

I have had pimples/acne since 3rd grade. Now as a teen i have it even worse. i have tried everything.. neutrogena, clearasil, cetaphil, loreal 360 clean, and all that. If any of u have used murad acne complex please tell me your experience with it, and if it is a must buy or a good bye
