I've been suspended from work and need advice?

You have not clearly explained what you are alleged to have done and what you think really happened. This is a problem because you need to be able to explain the facts clearly at the hearing or you may be found guilty when you are not. I would write everything down if I were you, rewrite it again and again until it is clear to anyone what has gone on. You can list common practices which should not have happened but bare in mind this will not necessarily clear you and may look like blame shifitng. Think about talking this over with someone or maybe go to citizens advice.
