Relationship Problems?

Okay long story short, my family does not like my girlfriend because of the stupidest reasons like, leaving clothes in the car, waving to say hi/bye, shoes in the house, and spoiling my younger brother (never been spolied before). They blamed her for everything, cussed at her in public. I try to to support and stand up for her, but i get scared and i don't do anything. I know this is really messed up. Now she doesn't want me to do anything at all. I tried apologizing but she said she is just going to forget about it. I said go do what makes them happy. I never been a rebel before to my family, so this is all new to me. I'm confused and not sure what to do.
