Shop expects me to accept faulty goods. Small claims court?
do you have a receipt? What is the return policy? Did you pay with a credit card? Your credit card company can help. /they can stop payment and maybe even fight this for you. Insist that you want a full refund or you will report them to the better business bureau. write this in a letter and cc it to newspapers and news stations. Or tell them that you will if this is not resolved. That should do it. Try those 2 solutions. Make sure your letter is very well written and sounds professional. State what the problem is, what you want them to do about it, what you will do if they don't. Find out the owner's name and send it to him/her.
