Why won't God heal amputees?

God does not heal amputees because He did not promise to do so. He promised to heal the sick, raise the death, give sight to the blind, etc. He did all those things because He promised humanity that He would do that. However, He never promised humanity to regrow limbs because we can live a perfectly healthy life without limbs.
